LeMona is the President and founder of Elite Signature Properties LLC where she is the Broker/Owner. LeMona is also an Associate Broker with DeVoe Real Estate in Georgia. She is a member of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. LeMona became a Realtor® in 2004 and worked for local real estate firms before starting her own business. She opened her business in 2006 in a small office on Queen City Avenue, just off of University Boulevard with three agents and herself. Her start was endorsed and recognized by her close friend Ozzie Newsome who is no stranger to Tuscaloosa or the business world.
Even during and after the decline of the real estate market in 2007, while many others left the business, LeMona has continued to grow and maintain her client base. Today LeMona operates on a nearly 100% referral system. She believes that the best form of advertisement is when a client tells family, friends, co-workers and other acquaintances about their buying or selling experience, and about the professionalism, knowledge, and personal attention she has given to the detail of their real estate transaction. LeMona considers it an honor and privilege when her clients refer her to others for a job well done.

Plychette is an accomplished business major who’s not afraid of a challenge. With over eight years of leadership experience Plychette has learned the importance of perseverance, tenacity and negotiation. After completing a series of leadership seminars and classes, Plychette has acquired effective communication skills to accommodate all aspects of a diverse customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients.

As a child, Kimmery Taylor grew up in Akron, Ohio. Her stepfather was transferred to Tuscaloosa, Alabama with Uniroyal Goodrich when she was eleven years old. She attended the Tuscaloosa City School System. Immediately after her high school graduation in 1994, she entered the United States Armed Forces as an automated logistics specialist. Upon completion of her duty Kimmery returned to her hometown and soon after began working with the United States Postal Service. However, Ms. Taylor found her passion when she returned to school and gained her real estate license in 2004.
As a young real estate agent, Kimmery found her niche and built her customer base with first time homebuyers. While representing many customers, her goal was to simplify the complicated process of purchasing property. She accomplished this by committing to being the customer’s eyes and ears while simultaneously assisting in developing a more informed homebuyer. In 2011, Kimmery took a hiatus from selling real estate due to family obligations and worked for a large Corporate Mortgage Banker. She returned to the industry in 2017 and joined the Elite Signature Properties team. Her extensive history in real estate sales, mortgage banking and veteran status gives Kimmery a uniquely well rounded perspective on the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Carol has been in the real estate business for over 11 years. She has been with the Elite Signature Properties since it’s opening. Carol is a member of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is experienced as both a buyer and a seller’s agent and enjoys helping people with their real estate needs. Her real estate knowledge and experience coupled with her continued real estate education allows her to keep up with the current trends and give her clients the best up-to-date customer service available.
Carol is a native of Tuscaloosa and a graduate of the University of Alabama where she received a degree in Human Development and Family Services. She is married to Dennis Conner and they have two children, Jalen and Jada. Carol enjoys traveling, reading, and interior design.
